Room Descriptions

#145 Multipurpose (Meeting) Room:

1498 square feet, this is the large meeting room with a maximum occupancy of 145 people. There are 2 white boards, 4 conference tables, 1 small round table and 40 chairs in place for use in this room (additional tables and chairs available upon request).

#105 Conference Room:

326 square feet, this is a conference room with a maximum occupancy of 22 people. There is a white board, conference table with chairs, and a small round table available for use in this room. 

To make a reservation for the use of either room:

  1. Have the groups representative begin by looking at the current calendar to determine the date and time of your need.
  2. Review and "Agree to Terms" of the User Responsibilities below.
  3. Complete the "Reserve Meeting Room" form below. You may also call the District Office Assistant for immediate assistance at (509) 922-5443 ext. 221.
  4. The District Office Assistant will review the request and follow-up with the scheduling.
  5. You will receive confirmation from the District Office Assistant.

User Responsibilities

  1. Activities to be limited to Meeting Rooms – No access to rest of facility
  2. Pick up and return of the entry key.
  3. Supervision of event by the organization representative.
  4. Return of room to original floor plant layout. If you have moved the tables and chairs they must be returned to their original position in the room. Total clean up of area is required, including vacuuming and garbage removal (if excessive) to outside refuse receptacle.
  5. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SERVED WITHOUT A VALID/POSTED WASHINGTON STATE LIQUOR LICENCE.
  6. Absolutely no RED or GRAPE beverages should be served in any part of building. All liquid spills (coffee, tea, punch) should be cleaned up immediately with paper towels from restroom.
  7. NO SMOKING IN BUILDING AT ANY TIME.
  8. Securing the building and turning off the rooms lights (including restrooms) if you meeting takes place after regular business hours.
  9. Reimbursement to the Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District for any physical damages to facility.
  10. Release Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District from liability for any injuries to any person as a result of above stated use.
  11. Notification to Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District if the above stated event is cancelled. If notice of cancellation is not given prior to the scheduled reservation, future reservations may not be considered.

Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District Responsibilities

  1. Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District reserve the right to deny use of facility to any organization that does not act in conformance with the responsibilities as listed above.
