The payment plan will require you to pay the monthly installments, plus the current monthly charges (the amount shown on your monthly statement) on the due date.

Installment payment plan requests are an estimate only until the District has reviewed and approved the request. The District will reach out to you for completion of the payment plan. Installment payment plan requests will not be accepted from individuals that are not listed as legal property owners on the account. Tenants, Title Companies, or other parties should coordinate directly with the legal property owner to request an installment payment plan.
