COVID-19 Update – March 16th, 2020
As a provider of Essential Public Services, we are dedicated to maintaining the high level of service our customers expect and deserve. Because of this, we are taking the following actions.
We are monitoring developments regarding COVID-19 to take precautions to minimize risk and keep our customers and staff safe. The District is following Washington State Department of Health, Spokane Regional Health District, and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidance regarding COVID-19.
- At this time, our Lobby is CLOSED to the public until further notice, but we are still conducting business.
- You can make payments on our website
- Call your payment in at 509-922-5443
- You may also drop your payment in our drop box outside our office building
- We will accept cash payment during business hours (just ring the doorbell outside our main entrance) (DO NOT PUT CASH IN THE DROP BOX)
- For permits and other business, please call to schedule an appointment in advance
If you are experiencing financial hardship and are unable to pay your utility bill due to COVID-19, please call our office at (509) 922-5443.
Please be advised as of March 16, 2020, the District will be suspending, until further notice, any large group meetings unless such meetings are of necessity.
