Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District has awarded a contract to LaRiviere Inc. to replace 4,400’ of waterline within the former Eastside Liberty Lake Improvement Club water service area. LaRiviere has indicated a start date of June 25, 2021. They will begin grinding the road in preparation of starting the waterline installation on June 28, 2021. Here is a map to show where the work will be done this construction season. The contractor has stated that the starting location will be at 1st and Clubhouse and head east on 1st all the way to Overlook and Sprague.

The District will be notifying affected customers in the project area on the progress of the project, locations we will be working in, if there are any planned service outages, and any other useful information. If you are in the project area please notify the District and we can add you to our notification list. We understand projects like this can be an inconvenience and we will do our best to make this project go as fast and seamless as possible.
