PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

ANNEXATION REQUEST 02-25

The Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District has received a petition for annexation from the property owners (Theron and Darlene Nelsen) to annex approximately 209.41 acres into the Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District sewer service area. The District Board of Commissioners is inviting interested persons to appear and voice approval or disapproval for the annexation at their regular Board meeting at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2025 to be held at 22510 E. Mission Avenue, Liberty Lake, Washington.
